Why is no one talking about this private island hotel?! Proof that I did not sit still in 2025 ✈️ Having visited over 20 Caribbean islands, here are my awards.. This is your friendly reminder: you don’t need the Maldives to have an overwater bungalow with a private pool. Belize has you covered. 🇧🇿 6 years of marriage, countless adventures, and one shared bank account keeping us grounded. Part 5 of my Hidden Gem Series: Thailand has my heart… and honestly, the food sealed that deal a long time ago. Nothing beats a bowl of Pad Krapow and Mango Sticky Rice ✌🏼 Escape at Nonsuch Bay is the reason I keep ‘accidentally’ ending up in Antigua. Private pools, floating everything, the best drinks, and staff who make you feel right at home — it’s impossible not to love this place. If you think Mexico is all Tulum traffic and Cancun crowds… let me introduce you to @lasalamandasmexico — the kind of secluded paradise you only find when you wander waaay off the algorithm. 🌴✨
