Very few properties have left me completely speechless in my travels, but Anara easily takes the crown. This massive modern villa comfortably sleeps 18 guests across nine en-suite bedrooms, complete with a 50-foot infinity pool, a private dock, and sprawling indoor and outdoor living areas that make hosting feel completely effortless. Whether you want long dinners out on the terrace or cosy evenings lounging inside, it sets the stage perfectly for a big group getaway, wellness retreat, or family reunion.
Location and How to Get There
Anara is tucked away on the stunning island of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos. Getting here is straightforward: Providenciales International Airport (PLS) has great connections across North America, with daily flights on American Airlines, Delta, United, JetBlue, and now Southwest. If you are coming from Europe, your best bet is hopping on British Airways from London with a quick touchdown in Nassau, or simply connecting through the US.

The villa sits within the gated Leeward community. While it might not sit directly on Grace Bay, the island’s most famous beach, it delivers something you simply cannot find there: total privacy and seclusion. Instead of beachfront, you get prime canalfront views, and I regularly spotted sea turtles cruising by just a few feet away from where I was sitting by the pool. From the airport, it is an easy 20-minute drive, and the villa’s concierge can arrange private transfers so arrival feels effortless. PLS is relatively compact, which means the immigration lines can back up fast on weekends and throughout peak season (December through April). If you want to skip the queue, book a VIP fast pass to breeze straight through to baggage claim and kick off your trip in minutes. It is well worth the extra spend, especially on a weekend arrival when multiple flights land at the exact same time.
Check-in Process
Arriving at the villa, I was greeted by Jasmine, the property manager, who was wonderfully warm, professional, and ready with the full grand tour. She walked me through everything, from the bedroom layouts down to syncing my phone with the sound system. Every time we rounded a corner, I figured we had reached the end, only to stumble into yet another stunning bedroom, a gym, or a dedicated private chef galley. The place just kept unfolding. While the nine bedrooms are thoughtfully spread out to give everyone total privacy, the overall flow of the property feels effortless and easy to navigate.
The Villa
It took me a solid hour just to wrap my head around the sheer scale and beauty of Anara. You pull into the front driveway and are met with a dramatic focal doorway that opens into a lush, open-air tropical courtyard. Towering palms line a central water feature that leads your eyes straight toward the main living pavilion through massive glass doors, which slide away to open up nearly the entire wall.

Inside, the great room centers around deep sectional sofas, backed by a sleek breakfast bar and an expansive kitchen loaded with top-tier appliances. Tucked discreetly just behind is a full commercial chef’s galley. If you are hosting a retreat or feeding an army of friends, your private chef can handle all the heavy lifting out of sight, keeping the main kitchen completely clutter-free for socialising.

Branching off this central hub are hallways leading to six en-suite bedrooms and a half bathroom. The rooms share a consistently modern aesthetic, each outfitted with smart TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and personal safes, meaning the primary distinction comes down to the view. Interestingly enough, one of my absolute favourites was not even an upstairs master suite; it was a ground-floor room boasting floor-to-ceiling glass that looked straight out at the pool.

Upstairs on the first floor sit two true primary suites sharing a wide balcony that overlooks the pool and gardens. They are virtually identical in size, differing only in the bathroom setup: one features a double-headed indoor rain shower, while the other treats you to a soaking tub and an open-air outdoor shower.

Cross back through the central arrival courtyard and you will find two standalone guest pavilions. The first houses two en-suite bedrooms joined by a kitchenette and coffee station, saving you the treacherous 20-step morning commute to the main house before your first caffeine fix. Because these sit slightly apart from the action, they are ideal for staff, travelling nannies, or friends who want extra quiet. Across the way, the second pavilion features the ninth en-suite bedroom alongside a surprisingly well-equipped private gym stocked with free weights, a treadmill, a stationary bike, and a cable machine, a rarity for island rental properties.

Stepping outside is where the villa truly shows off. The huge 50-foot infinity pool is the real star of the show here. It’s surrounded by plenty of loungers, plus a few shady sweet spots under the palm trees when you need a quick break from the afternoon heat. In-water loungers sit directly on the shallow sun shelf, making it equally perfect as a splash pad for little ones or the premier spot to sip a cocktail while keeping cool.
Features and Amenities
Naturally, that 50-foot infinity pool overlooking the water is the showstopper, especially with the shallow sun shelf and in-water loungers. But being right on the canal comes with some major perks of its own. The villa comes stocked with plenty of water toys like kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, and having a private dock right outside is the ultimate flex. The concierge can coordinate boat charters and island excursions to pick your group up right from the backyard, no shuttles or marina meetups needed.

The fitness room was another brilliant surprise. It might be compact, but it packs in serious high-end gear: free weights, a multi-function cable machine and bench, a treadmill, a stationary bike, plus kettlebells, slam balls, and yoga mats. It has everything you need to actually get a solid workout in between cocktails.

The entire property also runs on an integrated Sonos sound system. I had never actually used Sonos before this trip, but Jasmine walked me through the setup, and it quickly became one of my favourite features. You can sync up Spotify and control the vibe throughout the whole estate from your phone, playing a laid-back playlist by the pool, something upbeat in the kitchen, and dialing the volume up or down in specific zones. I had way too much fun playing DJ with it, and now I am entirely ruined for my basic speaker setup back home.
Closing Remarks
Anara truly is something special. The whole layout strikes that rare balance where you have endless spots to hang out together, open-air lounges, intimate dining setups, sun terraces, while every bedroom still feels like its own private sanctuary to retreat to when you need downtime. If you are looking for that jaw-dropping “wow” factor for a family milestone, a wellness getaway, or a extravagant group trip, this place knocks it out of the park. It is definitely one of those spots that sticks in your mind long after you pack your bags, and I am already plotting how quickly I can round up my crew and head straight back.
